To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for returns or exchanges to be honored.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain the reason for return or exchange, attach picture and provide the original purchaser information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the return or exchange has been accepted you will be notified and issued an electronic Gift Card minus return shipping ($8.00) for any number of items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their expense.

Defective or damaged items may be returned by contacting customer service within 3 days of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for liquids of any kind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, the following is a list of non-returnable/non-exchangeable items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you will be notified and will receive an electronic gift card minus return shipping cost ($8 for any number of products), we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item to ensure you receive the item you want due to limited quantities and rotation of inventory.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via LuvLeigh e-GIFT CARD minus $8.00 for return shipping cost.
Packing and Shipping Returns
Shoes must be unworn and in the original undamaged box, if the box is damaged your return won't be accepted and the item will be returned to you at your expense. When shipping shoes please place the shoes in the original box and then inside another box to protect your shipment and attach label for shipping.
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, fragrance free, smoke free, have original tags attached and in the original packaging, please place clothing in a shipping bag and attach label for shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
- Once you order has been approved you will receive an email containing your LuvLeigh E-GIFT CARD
Is there a fee for returns?
- If you use or pre-paid return label, the cost of the return will be $8.00 for any number of items from one order number and will be deducted from your store credit (LuvLeigh E-GIFT CARD). If you choose to send a return via your own shipping method please make sure its trackable and insured.
How long does the return process take?
- Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your return (usually 14 business days from the time you mail the package) for your return to be processed, once the return is completed you will receive an email at the one on file.
Do you offer price adjustments?
NO unfortunately we can't offer price adjustments due to the high demand for our products and limited item quantities.
